Got to ebay and search. After filtering out those that don't ship worldwide check the remaining sellers' credibility rates. Ask them questions via ebay interface if you wish.
I bought books and games with no problem. Just make sure you check everything. Be warry of fake emails pretending to be coming from ebay but actually leading to other addresses. Always check the URLs of links before clicking in HTML mails. (Better turn off HTML mail rendering in your mail client.) Never give out yur password to anyone, never give out your card number unless in the secure transaction screens. Make sure you don't have any trojans or spyware on your system before starting.
It's safe if you don't shoot yourself in your leg yourself. Be wary, be careful, be selective and you get what you look for.
