Pontos starting navy suggestion

I realize you're mostly looking for bugs, but I think you need to adjust Pontos's starting situation a bit to make them playable.

They start with a navy that seems to serve absolutely no purpose, but you cannot disband it because they do not start with a port (which you need in order to disband a navy). I don't know if there is some kind of historical argument for them having a navy and no port, but if not you should really drop the navy. Any reasonable Pontos player disbands it as soon as they conquer a city with a port, and Pontos is in a HORRIBLE financial situation even without the additional 1500 navy upkeep.

Yeah, for the time being I just charge it into the Aegean and ram it into some KH ships. By the time you get there you'll be at war. Worse case is that you lose them. Best case is that you lose some of them but get a one or two star admiral in your suicide attacks. :laugh4:
