Removing bribery (and other things)

So is it possible to remove bribery from diplomats while still enabling other diplomacy? I see this line in desc_character.txt, under diplomat entry:
actions moving_normal, diplomacy, bribe

Also, if it's possible, I'd like to remove assasination, but still enable sabotage from assassins.

Well try it, if it CTDs then you probably can't, also remember anything you do in Desc_character has to be done before you start the game because the game only reads that file on startup.

I believe that refers to their animations.

No, it isn't possible. Removing the bribe entry doesn't stop the bribing.
