Transporting Allies

One interesting feature I'd like to see in EB is the ability to transport allies. There were a number of cases in history where a nation with substantial naval powers transported allies of one sort or another to their enemy's homeland to cause disruption and turmoil. As one major example I point out the passing of Mamertine mercenaries from Sicily to Italy to inflict guerrilla war on Pyrrhus which was much facilitated by the Carthaginians.:idea2:
