Game Crash 253 Rome/Pontus

Ok, I have played three campaigns and I have crashed in each one after 253 (I stated in a prior post that it was 243 with Pontus, but upon review of the saved game, it was 253).

Some questions:

1. I have each game saved just prior to the crash, how can I send post those saved games somewhere?

2. Where should I post the saved games?

3. If I can not do #1 above, what should I do to get this to EB's attention?
