Julii Babies

I read that RTW is tweaked to keep the Julii/Romans...flaccid...is there a way to...un-tweak...this so that the Julii can have a few sons...I want the Julii name to make it to the end...lol...

I think your information is mistaken.

There is an "Infertile" trait in the game, but none of the Julii begin the game with it, and the Julii are no more likely to acquire it than a character of any other faction. I've completed a full campaign without the Julius family line failing.
