Does anyone know of any primary accounts mentioning the Kataphracts/Klibanophori and especially their wedge formation? They can be Byzantine/Arab/etc.
If not, does anyone know of any battles where the Kataphracts played a great role, perhaps even utilizing the wedge formation to strong effect? Thanks.
