Crossbow bolt as fire arrow

Hi everyone...

Just wondering if it's possible to make the crossbow bolt give the same morale reducing effect as the archers' fire arrows? I tried giving the bolt flame effects from the fire arrow but it wouldn't work. Is it hard coded? The morale effect is more important than the fire effect.

i've wondered how to play with any given unit's moral effects on other units myself, effects of friends or foes...so i'd bump this question.
