Posting policy "new members"

Hello.
This is kind of a Question combined with a request depending on the answer..

So here goes.

I understand that new members can reply in any thread they started.
So threads that get mooved allow the new user to reply in that thread in its correct respective topic.
and that seems to work well.

Now. my question is.
can new users post in the sword dojo,
Particularly the STW MP section?

If not.

Can i please request. That they be given the abilaty to do so.

I will explain why i ask.

new People arive at my foyer and i say,
"Hello, your new are you a member at the Org?"
they reply with
"whats the org"
After i give them a breif discription I go on to tell them that we arange our Multiplayer games in here,
and that theres a special post.

But ive just noticed..
i dont think they can post in there untill there full members :wall:

There are 2 posible ways i can see that this can be adressed.

1. Allow new users to post in The given topic. "would be most usefull with the tourny thered being in there"

or

2. Moove the 2 stickys. "who whats a tourniment" and "Im in the foyer noe thread" to the entrance hall Leving behind the links in the STW mp sub topic.

I beleve this would help ALOT with our small comunity.

although option 1 May prompt others to request the same, for diferent topics, and as such cannot be accepted, I do beleive it is the better option.
