Isn't it a bit large compared to the trees?
If made in scale you wouldnt see it.....
No I meant compared to the RTW size...

You could probably scale it down by about a 1/3 or 1/2 of it's original size and you could still see it. But whatever you guys decide to do, it's rather cosmetic anyway.
Eye-candy is not 100% just that. It also plays a big role in immersing the player into the atmosphere of the game. The graphics should be designed in such a way that it is accepted immediately by the player. If he starts to feel that certain elements are out of place then you have (partly) failed in that area.
