How about a pinned suggestion thread?
I know that I am just a lowly noob here but I think that it would be handy to have a pinned thread for suggestions about things to include in the final cut. I may be wrong, but it seems to me that the majority of the threads here are reactions to things already in the beta. I'm sure the mighty gods of the dev team have lots planned for us- but we hoi polloi may have a few ideas as well.
Apropos- if y'all remember in MTW how new factions would emerge (Burgundians, Swiss and Mongols if I remember correctly), or conquered factions could re-emerge long after they were wiped off the map- I thought that was cool. Maybe instead of starting with all 20 factions in place you could delay a couple- that would resolve the historicity ofthe Yeuzhi, or what about a Jewish nation arising under Herod the Great? I'm aware that this may be impossible, but I'm no modder so I'd thought I'd throw it out there.

Impossible in standard R:TW, though something may be done in BI. But as yet the team has not decided to port to BI (or if they have, they haven't told us).
As for your other idea, I think most of the features of EB are already fixed, so adding a wish-list will only result in a lot of disappointment. The team is open to new suggestions (as the traits & ancillaries thread proves), but they will stay loyal to the original design of the mod.
