Making Samnites available for south Italian Provinces, need help!

How do I mod recruiment so it is possible to recruit both samnites from Taras and Rhegium at lvl4 barracks? :help:

They shouldn't be in Rhegium. In the next patch Samnite recruitment is fixed though.

Thanks for correcting me. Are samnites going to be available for all factions or just for Romans or Epeiros?

The area of Samnium is mostly in Apulia and Campania on the EB map with a very small bit at the extreme north of Kalabria.

Everyone gets samnite spearmen, everyone but the romans get Samnite Heavy Infantry but the Romans get Extrodinarii.

In the next release, I'll have an italian surprise for you guys ;)

Is possible, in next patch, insert a batch file or whatever, an alternate file, i dont know, that allow you, if yo uwant, to start with the post marian units?
Or, maybe, start for 110 bc, or near there?
I want see those units and play a bit with them :)

and how will those spec. roman samnites differ from heavy samnite inf.?

Its developed by EB member ER and it will start around 107 BC.
You can check it progress in Modding part of EB sub-forum.
