This is just for the units.Changes to character's voices are possible by altering faction's culture in descr_sm_factions but I would not reccomend you do that :)
Right you are - does that mean I can't change the generals' pre-battle speeches? I have the individual units the way I want them now, plus the stratmap voices. Thanks again for the help!
