Modding Unit Build Time

i'd like to mod a couple things. first being unit build/wait time. i'd like it to be zero for all, a la SPQR mod. i checked for the text to edit for this, didnt see it. is there way to make all units build time zero, or do i have to change the time for each individual unit?

No, you have to change the time for each individual unit. Use a find n replace within the text file to make it quicker, I'd recommend.
