Okay guys, April Fool's Day is right around the corner, and what can I say, I've never really licked my deathwish from my youth. I'm going to print a copy of this contract out and forge Mrs. Corleone's signature on it. The contract is a mildly kinky, not that unusual.
There's no way of knowing whether he was trying to force his sexuality on a vanilla woman or whether they had a kinky relationship and she in over her head/they had an argument and she decided to use it against him.

I just have a serious problem with anyone wanting to control another person that much, to the extent that they tell them what they can and cannot do to their own body. That is sick.
