Hi all, I have been playing with the Arvérni and for some odd reason (or not) i havent been able to recruit anything better than Lugoe even in the major cities(6000+ pop). Has this happened to any of you guys?

There is a mistake in the MIC complex which makes the Arverni unable to build anything higher than level 2, which will be fixed in the upcoming patch.
