Although, there really isn't a classification of "N00b" here. The Org welcomes all junior members and prospective members. You shall find no degrading of curious members At the Org.

Those members who engage in trolling or flaming of new folks shall be seriously thrashed.

You should find friends in every thread here, so new to worry about making a "safe" zone for your self.

Well there is a certain amount of discrimination and hazing, but I've heard that that is only when you try to become a senior member.
