Ok, I'm sure this was discussed a long time ago but I can't for the life of me remember if a solution was found. Does anyone know how to edit the terrain textures seen at distance in the battle environment? Editting the textures in terrain\battlefield has no affect on these long range textures.
No, I never got any answer and haven't found a solution myself. I suspect that some information is held in descr_geography.db. Generating some RGB codes from ground textures and putting them into the database. Since I cannot the db to be made by R:TW (like the vegetation or items databases) I'll never no for sure.
