Question on the .nuttermode. cheat...

Does it make all AI factions gang up on the player, or do they simply become more aggressive in general?

I think it activates the same behaviour as when you hit the 60% limit: no alliances and no cease-fires with the player anymore.

The .nuttermode. cheat doesn't automatically make all the AI factions instantly go to war with you, it just makes their behavior more agressive. They're more likely to attack you, but it's not guaranteed.
