Small size soldiers: how?

I remember I once saw one post, but even I don't remember if it was here in totalwar.org, about a simple method to re-scale soldiers to smaller or larger size.
Even I remember an image of some small chosen archers in front of normal-sized warriors.
I've tried with different keywords in the search engine, but I'm unable to find this post.:embarassed:


Could anybody point me to the right direction?
