What the Crap?

:furious3: I recently discovered that CTDs are where the game crashed to the desktop, only. And this may seem stupid but I always thought that the Acronym CTD, included the game compltely freezing. Throughtout all of my EB'ing ive only ever had one real CTD, and all the rest of my problems have been total freezing of the game. Does anybody else have this problem??
Ive heard it might be my graphics chip over heating but idk.. becuz it happens only with EB, and seems to take the place of CTDs. Oblivion runs fine on my PC so it cant be that EB is overloading my processor, idk what else it could be???

Roderick a real simple thing to do if you think the video card is over heating is to check how dirty the fan is it only takes 6 months for them to be covered in dust just giving it a clean can sort that sort of problem out.

When you say freezing do you mean during the ai turn?

Before the patch i got freezing all the time... After the patch i'm at 207BC and have only had it once, which was during Macedonias turn in 211BC...
