Improved Romano-British archers texture not displaying correctly

Have you tried editing the Alpha for the texture? The Alpha is messed up this is probably why CA hasn't used it. Most of the unused skins have slight bugs withing so... keep it cool.
Also recommend ussing DDS Converter to convert the image to TGA and leave it this way... if the dds is corrputed then this might be a problem too.
