Character Traits: Help Needed

I've made some simple adjustments to the Julii character traits. In short, I've given them some new, 'helpful' traits (ie. Fertile) and decreased all their ages to around 20 (Faction leader is still the oldest, of course, followed by faction heir etc.)

However, whenever I try to start a campaign with ANY faction, it redirects me to the main RTW single player menu, but does not ever crash to desktop. I have not come across this when modding other factions characters, is this simply a Roman problem or are there any possible mistakes I have made?

Have you got -show_err on your shortcut? Most kick back to menu's will give you an error message when you come completely out of game.

Sons must be at least 16 years younger than fathers. That might be a problem if you dramatically changed the age. Otherwise try again with show_err as mentioned above.

I have got nothing of the sort, which is also quite confusing. The game runs perfectly apart from this small annoyance.
