Announcing the Newest Lemur

A female lemur was born today around 12:30 p.m. central time. You just can't keep us lemurs from breeding. Her name is Morgan.

Obligatory baby shot, and then it's off to bed for a while. Oh, since someone will ask, eight pounds, twelve ounces, twenty-two inches. Now I have a son born on 9/11 and a daughter born on May Day. I'm sure this signifies something ... just not sure what ...

Thank you all for your congratulations. Needless to say, I've gotten almost no sleep since the last time I posted. That's part of the deal when you spawn. We did a home birth with a midwife, so in addition to the usual baby stuff, a daddy lemur had to clean up the whole house afterward. Fun!
