Moderators! Spam alert !!

Every time you enter the "How often do you Quit?" thread you get hit with an associated spam site. Don't think that should be allowed, no?

That's totally screwed! Is it an html in someone's signature or is it someting associated with the server?

It's the add on the top of the page that say:Click on 33 to get a chance to win $31.000.000, that makes the spam window pop up!!!

Hito is correct. It also calls up a Microsoft site. Also, there is another thread in the Off Topics that has the same thing. Don't recall which it is, tho..sorry.

I think it's not thread related (at least with me it isn't). The server randomly determines which ad banner to place in the upper edge of the page, and one of those banners (a very annoying banner otherwise) triggers a pop-up window. Whines (for once, they are in order) should not be directed at Dan-sama or The Org, but rather at the host site, www.project77.net . sonic@project77.net is the webmaster, I think.

thanks for clearing that up. I was about to check out all the threads in which that has happened, in order to find the "common link" user who was responsible. This saves me a lot of unnecessary time.

Well, I think the idea smells like goat cheese (which goes well with whine, btw) hehe
