Does -capture_video work in RTW 1.5?

Hi again.
I come here with a new problem.

We have made some videos for our mod in RTW 1.2 with no big difficulties, but they are obsolete as the new version for RTW 1.5 has lots of new units.

We are trying to use the same method in RTW 1.5 (saved battle, -movie_cam, -capture_video) but the last step doesn't work. :no: :inquisitive:

Did anybody make it work? How?

In case not, it would be necessary to take the video from a battle repetition.
Could you tell me some (free) software for video capture? Once I used fraps but the image quality was rather poor and I had the word "fraps" along the video.
