Suggestions for classical music plz
I've always loved the classical music and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on any good scores. I like most classical, but my favourites are Mozart, Wagner, and Tchaikovsky. Just to give you an idea of what type I like My favourite scores are Requiem by Mozart and A Night on Bare Mountain by Modest Petrovich Mussorgsky. Feel free to suggest anything you know and like though. I don't have too much and feel like getting more.
Re: Suggestions for classical music plz
I suggest Beethoven's 7th Symphony...
I might also advise Verdi's operas, especially La Traviata...
Suppe's Light Cavalry Overture is a jaunty piece, also...
Strauss's Waltzes, the Emperor's Waltz especially, are fantastic.

Practically anything by J.S. Bach, Vivaldi's Cello Concertos, Albinoni's Adagio, and try the sublime Miserere by Allegri to get a feel of renaissance church music.

Re: Suggestions for classical music plz
Beethoven's 9th has the most depth and sheer brilliancy of anything, classical or otherwise.
Re: Suggestions for classical music plz
Thanks for all the replies guys. It's funny and cool how the only Beethoven mentioned is the two symphonies I happen to already have.
