Will Res Gestae fix the cavalry charge bug?

I think you know what I'm talking about. A lot of the time, whenever a cavalry unit charges another unit, they will not lower their lances and will just run into them! They will lower their lances and start fighting after they have "charged," but it just looks silly and negates the charge bonus (and sort of does away with the point of having cavalry at all). The cavalry do the same stupid stuff when chasing down routing units, as well.

So, will Res Gestae fix this bug? Will it fix any other small bugs?

Yeah, I only started experiencing it after I downloaded 1.5.
