It won't show anyhow....At least on the forum.
You have to select the guy's profile to see.
I think you may have to select an option in the user CP to be able to see them. Take a look through your preferences and you should be able to find it. If I remember correctly it isn't in the avatar options though, so don't give up if it isn't where you would expect it to be.
