10 custom unit folders not enough? here's two more...

We are all familiar with the ten custom folders we can add to textures/men,
Custom0 to Custom9

here's two more you can add
PLATESURCOAT and MONGHKAV

remember to name the bifs and unit_prod entries the same as the folders
(and the game requires both the *.bif and the *_H.bif too)

now you have Twelve Custom Folders you can use
