Making a starting province a slave province?

Basically i want to take Sicilia_Romanus away from the Romans & make it owned by slave faction (Like Liguria), I transfered the province name to the bottom of the Descr_Strat file & erased it from the Scipii, I added a general & an army using the other slave provinces as a guide but the game crashes when the campaign loads, What am i doing wrong, Is there another file i have to edit?

Have you used show_err to get an error report. This will help find the mistake in your file.

I tried that but no error came up, I actually got it to work partly, I had to settle for 3 units of Militia Hoplites & a General, Only the Hoplites show up in the game though, No General, Even though i typed eveything correctly

There is no such thing as an error with no cause.
