Lag linked to Script.

EB starts lagging seriously after i activate the script. Im playing as pontus. I can
send the savegame on email or something if you want it.

and i managed to put this in the wrong forum section. Sorry about that, move it when you can please.

I have occasionally had bad lag when I started the script on my cpu. I don't know if it's the same problem or not, *but* with mine, I just restarted my whole CPU and the problem was gone. It only happened when I had been running it for too long and had too many other things going - but at that point, the script really slowed it down. Maybe there's a chance this is what yours is doing. Got lots of other things running?

No, i dont have any other programs running.

The lag should not occur because firstly, there was no lag whatsoever with the script on in the beginning of the game and the lag is all of a sudden excessive.
Secondly because i run it on a radeon 9800 pro, 1gig ram and a Sempron CPU, on medium settings.

It is uncommon then. I don't know what else to say - normally on 074 this does not occur. When I have had it happen I rebooted and it went away. Maybe someone else has some other knowledge.

You have good enough rig to handle this script with no problem.
Restarting your system before playing EB is a good advice. And dont run CPU heavy programs in the background.
I wouldnt also load saves in EB often.

I sometimes get a bit of slowdown on random turns when the script is running; it slows down to around 13fps, quite slow for the campaign map (normally 25-30). It seems to go away after simply hitting the End Turn button, though. And my machine is somewhat worse than yours ~D
