Where can I edit the names and order of the building browser?

Where can I edit the names and order of the building browser? I have added a new building, but when I enter the building browser (the tech tree, where u can see which buildings u can construct) it just says "Placeholder string for thread 15" on the bottom line, instead of the name of the building.
