Seems like CA is back to one new unit every Friday! Great! :2thumbsup:
I sure hope it's hard enough for them to hit units, or basically that it will be impossible for them to do so on purpose if the unit isn't stationary and has been that way for some time.Quote:
Able to fire powerful shots, the culverin is devastating against enemy walls and punishing against enemy troops if it can hit them!
Cheers!

And lets hope the replace those rediculous explosions by actual metal balls the role/cut through several ranks of men. They can take an example from NTW2 ~:)
BTW, I thought the culverin was a smaller (thinner barrel) gun then this ?
Adherbal's right about culverin's being thinner at least towards the muzzle, there's a reason why it was called culverin;)
I also think that it wasn't actually used in field battles at least till the beginning of the 16th century.
It certainly had a thinner barrel in the original MTW.
Well then, L'Impresario, you can use them for 30 years! :P
Or wait, 15 turns.
Wow!! ... A gun .....
......Orda
Well it has to be a big gun as its firing those 200 pound fuel air bombs :laugh4:
The term Culverin was also used for some of the early crude handguns IIRC.
The French used a couple of Culverins at Formigny.
