Hello all, I've been around a while and finally decided to join, don't know if this has be answered before or if it can't be done so please bear with me...
Is there anyway to make the general units in custom battles have generals and not captians in them? I like the look of the generals a lot more. Don't care about names just looking for the skin.

There is indeed, although if you should choose to follow it it´ll also influence your campaign.
In descr_model_battle you´ll have to search for the *faction*_general and *faction*_lesser_general entries. Now what you do is replace the model_flexi and texture entries of the lesser generals with those of the generals - a simple matter of copy and paste. Done.
However, if you play the campaign, every general, whether named or not, will use the same model.
An alternative way would be going through descr_characters and doing basically the same there, replacing the model for the lesser general with that for the named ones, but the result should be the same.
