larger battlefields
Looks great. I think I was able to see another city: Nuremburg. :2thumbsup: the resolution was too poor to make out any other ones. The cities look great but I wonder how they’ll look during earlier stages of development.
Larger you said!? Uh my great God! However, Myrddraal where did you get this information? :2thumbsup:Quote:

No new information.
I get the impression that cities have the same type of population limits on upgrades that we're used to, but that you can upgrade castles as long as you have the money, whatever the population.
While all this is quite intriguing, I always managed the cities and always had a few major cities pumping out units while the rest did economic upgrades. This all may be a very nice elaboration than a major change, at least for me.
You can get the HD version here.

You will see things alot better :laugh4:
Ah HD quality, and download speeds above 10K/sec, unlike that Gamespot rubbish. Nice site.
Muhahahaha! Excellent! :2thumbsup:Quote:

nice.
it is great that gametrailers allows downloads without joining up. i hate joining all these places to get what i want. it was a little confusing trying to download though. you select your quicktime or windows media choice under the game media and a new screen opens and begins to try to play the media. on the right hand part of the screen are buttons where you can right click and save as. then you can download to your computer. they should have allowed the save as in the initial screen to make less confusing.
this installment was not as informative as the first but worth a watch.
happy downloading.
Arrgh!

So it's not direct from CA, but that's what they seem to be saying.Quote:

A really great trailer IMO.:2thumbsup:
By the way, anyone noticed they have a female programmer?~;)
I know it shouldn't be but it is special and I appreciate it.
Maybe more female programmers will bring fresh ideas into the whole gaming industry.:2thumbsup:
Female game designer, there's a big difference! And yes, nice to hear someone besides the fellows. I've got a couple of wonderings about the content here but I'll take that up elsewhere.
If you're interested in the effect of ladies on games and game design, check out the essays and research articles here at womengamers.com. This grew out of, and remains primarily focused on, MMORPGs but there are plenty of interesting reads there.
And I agree, more women in design positions has the potential to shake the industry up in a very good way.
