It was realeased as a DVD several years back. You should be able to buy it for about $2, if what I hear about Eastern European DVD markets is right ...

Trey once said that he hoped that Saddam would watch the movie and that his reaction to his appearance would be, "W-what? I'm not gay!"

I think it was on the Team America DVD. Anyway, I'm sure the sweetness of having him confusedly watch a mockery of himself is embittered by being forced to view it.
