So since the operational vesion is unobtainable the report has to go on the rather dubious higher level claim that the maps were "in error" or "out of date" , which is curious since it was a decades old post , that would be clearly marked on maps supplied by the UN to all involved paties .
So was the thoroughly modern Israeli airforce using maps from the ottoman empire era perhaps ?
