If you're playing as Pahlava or the Koinon Hellenon.. Get used to it.
It's down to the faction cultures.. when a city rebels it goes to the faction with the closest culture. For many cities around the med it's KH, while in the Arabian peninsula they tend to go to Parthia.

Yemen and a persian empire didn't meet until several centurys into AD when the sassinids conquered the east and south shores of arabia.

Yes I know that very well. And it always happens when you have just tried very hard to make an alliance with them. The same happens with the Sassanids and that Arminian province. It's creator is Eastern Roman so if you just got a hard earned ceasefire (or even an alliance) with the Sassanids your back at WAR and this time they don't say ceasefire!Quote:
