polish unit descriptions

I don't know if this is legal or not, but those guys just had some polish unit descriptions up. I think everyone knows how to get to that site, so I am not going to post the link here. Anyway, from what I can see of the units for the 5 factions, it does not look like it is the comprehensive list of all units, I think it is just the roster the game had when the polish guys attended the beta preview event or whatever, cuz the list does not even include dismounted knights or whatnot, and the siege weapons are incomplete. But from what I can see from the English faction, the English do have very sucky cavalry, so little choices compared to the other factions, and much weaker compared to Spain and Germany. Does anyone know if the English are restricted to hopilar, english knight, feudal knight, demi lancers and general's bodyguard, in addition to hospitallers and templars? It just seems like the English stink at cavalry, while their foot soldiers are not heads and shoulders above the other factions.
