In various interviews, though I don't remeber which ones or have links. The Devs stated that it would be easily to recognize a unit of non upgraded units from a upgraded one. This maybe because i'm on med graphics but has anyone noticed this. I realize most units are upgraded in demo, but I am still trying to notice which aspects would be different. Swords, shields, armor, etc.
