I always thought you were the moderator everything. Let me use an analogy that I came up with from reading the Godfather:
TosaInu is the Don and the moderators are his capo-regimes. The Senior members are the made men and we are the various nickel and dime men that heed the orders of those above. That really means I always thought Tosa had his finger in everything but trusted his capo-regimes to look after most of it. Now who are Paulie Gatto and Tessio is anyone's guess.
