Mixed up desriptions

I have noticed something while playing as the Casse. The descriptions of the government buildings conflicts with the other text. The Description to "Casse Client Tribe" says something about how it you extort people the local populace for money and that basically states that it is economically focused how ever at the bottom it says that it is a military focused government. It is confusing because i cant tell which is right and it makes it impossible to properly govern my provinces. Am I crazy or are other people having this problem?

The Qart-Hadast Type One governement uses the Ptolemy Type One description text, while you're at it.

...maybe someone was "burning the night oil", as it were, while working on it and got slightly misled by the Egyptian faction slot...?
