I suggest you space the pictures out on a few lines... As it is now it is chaotic.

Remove the show_years_as_turns part in descr_strat.txt.

According to the guys at TWC you can set the turns per year to whatever you like and the game scales accordingly (i.e. all generals and agents age properly)! Modders can now bring back the seasonal turns from Shogun, excellent!

No, actually I read from tw.com that character aging is hardcoded, as in they only age once in 2 turns. So if want to keep aging in track with time, you could scale it only as far as 2 turns per year, anything more and your characters will be aging twice as fast.
