what is the pm warning?

what is the pm warning? I am unsure and hve not fdound a thing among the mess of the warning faq.

I believe a PM warning usually means a slight tick on the wrists when you've done something wrong without handing out warning points.

Of course, all warnings are done by PM, so I might be wrong...
