I have communicated this info to CA as well as it seems quite significant. Unit cohesion problems only seem to occur in campaign map battles. I was running some custom battle tests to see what effects it and see how to do charges best, but every time my units charged perfectly, and all the soldiers charged in, not just the first few rows. So hopefully this should make it an easy to fix problem for a patch.
