Yesterday I was doing this big custom battle with 4200 troops in it. Funny thing is, MTW warned me it doesn't recomend that many troops (I think they draw the line at 4000).
Is there a way by which I can control more then one army or something so I can up-this above the 3200 units for one side? I am sure myt compu can handle it so I just want to try and march 7000 or even 10.000 men armies across the field.
Rome does the same thing to my computer. On the campaign map, you can have lots, but only 20 units under your control at one time. You can keep adding troops to custom battles, but you can only control your one army. I modded my pref files for unit size to be 400. In the campaign it didnt go that high, but in custom battles im having fun with 300 hastati in one unit:laugh4:

Such an edit would be nice.
I tried putting a lot of units in one custom battle by putting 5 armies in the field...but with 14.000 units at one time the game started lagging a bit.
