Help with Caligula unit editor Please

Hey thanks in advance to the person who can help me out. I've been trying to download caligula but everywhere i go their links don't work or the downloaded zip files are corrupt. i'm trying to get the caligula version for RTW patch 1.2 therefore 0.5.x Legacy version or version 0.5.6

I downloaded just yesterday from https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=44050
there are all sorts of handy dandy tools there. Myrdraal was kind enough to collect them all in one place.
