newbie question

Hi I had RTW gold so I've never played EB before. It looks amazing but I just want to ask is there an easy way to have an overview of all the buildings and units you can build ? The original overview page doesn't seem to be complete. For example, if I play Getai, what's the best unit I can build ? I just can't find any information.

Right now I can't pick a faction because I have no idea what units a faction can build. And I don't know what buildings are the pre-requisites that I should build to recruit what units. I don't know what government should I choose because I have no idea what they do eventually, what sub-buildings they have and what units they offer.

The nearest thing to an overview are the old faction previews. Not all unit's who are in the game are included and some may have changed over the time.
