Faction MIC problem in homeland provinces ?
Hi there, I'm having a problem in my romani campaign. i can't build any faction mics in conquered homeland provinces (taras, segesta, bonoia, rhegion), only the local mics are available there. destroying the epirote/gallic faction mics didn't do the trick either.
thats what i did:
- conquer Taras from the Epirotes
- build pacification, administration regionis italicorum (level i roman govt)
-> faction mic not available, so i destroyed the greek barracks, but still not available.
are there any other requirements for faction mics ? (f. ex. a bigger palace did not enable them either...)
i'm stumped here...

Recruitment of Camillan units is restricted to 6 (well, 5 in 0.8, but that's a bug) provinces. You can't build faction MICs there because you can't train faction units there, not until the reforms.
